This 5 module course will cover:

• Initial evaluation, from subjective to objective assessments
• How to choose the HEP
• Objective assessments and manual/exercise interventions
  • The foot/ankle
  • The hip/glutes
  • The diaphragm/thorax
  • And their implications on the pelvic floor

We will finish with holistic considerations for the pelvic floor, as well as referral sources for collaboration of care!

You will also receive access to weekly group coaching calls to review modules!
